Zoo



An island for the monkeys in the zoo

 So because I was sick I changed my plans by a day. So I had to email the hotels I had booked places and switch the days. I decided to travel on Friday instead of Thursday. I didn't want to make a bus trip when I was sick-that wouldn't have been pleasant. So today I am feeling better. I ate cereal for breakfast and chatted with Carlos and his family a bit. Then got ready for the day, packed my things, and lounged around a bit. Today I was able to eat lunch! Then later in the afternoon we went to the zoo (Jovani really wanted to go to the zoo). It was a fairly nice zoo with the typical animals. Afterwards we went by the store so I could buy stuff for my bus trip. Then they dropped me off at the hotel where the bus leaves from (I had purchased my ticket the other day). The bus leaves at 5 am and you have to check-in at 4:15 am. Terrible! Overall the place wasn't bad and it was cheap. I spent a lot of time in the lobby as that is the only place you have wifi. Got in touch with my family and emailed people. Then I went up to the room to eat the pizza I had bought. So I had left the box of Pizza in the room and the ants had found it. I had bought food so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel as San Salvador is not the safest place and the hotel was not in the safest area. So I brushed those ants off and ate the pizza (I'm sure I ate some ants but I didn't care). Then I showered and got everything ready. I then watched a bit of alien vs. predator in Spanish. Probably around 11pm I decided I better call it quits and went to bed.
