Rio Canregal

I thought of leaving today but decided I would stay one more day. I am staying in a dorm but there is nobody here but me. So I had the dorm to myself. Well there are 2 other ladies but I think they are friends of the owners and they are from Honduras. So there are no other foreigners but me. Honduras doesn't have to many tourist at this moment except in Roatan. I think the bad image keeps people away. So I woke up a bit early and did jungle yoga! It is a great place to do yoga. Well actually it was more a combination of stretching and yoga poses that I will now call yoga. Then I took a swim and it was beautiful because nobody was there except me and nature. Then I lazed around for a bit. Later in the afternoon I went to Pico Bonito National Park. Now let me just say that this park is beautiful but I almost died. Not really but at times I felt like it. It was so hot and humid in the jungle. Many times I didn't think I would make it. Every time I got to a point that I thought was the end I exclaimed "Oh God, please let this be it"... and lets just say I had to exclaim that a lot since it wasn't the end. Also I was the only one in the park so if I died no one would know! I finally got to the end and was rewarded by the beautiful waterfall. I then took a bath under the waterfall which was awesome. Again it was just me and nature. It was a little bit slippery and I really tried to be careful because again if I died no one would know. After I had cooled off I walked back to the entrance on a different path. I got back to the hostel around 5 something and chatted with one of the people that worked there before taking a 10-15 minute dip in the river. Afterwards I showered and ate dinner. I ended up going to bed earlier than I was going to because the powered failed. Ah life in the jungle. I wish that pictures could capture the beauty of the places I have been but they really cant. But I do try....
